well that may be true, neT was playing sentinels but struggling to play chamber. For simplicity's sake they just completely changed the roles around to where the only sentinel they run is chamber. Their options for a high performing sentinel is either never play chamber when neT plays sentinel, or only play chamber when saya does. Thats why they are running into problems, their comps aren't meta anymore, because they don't have kj on ascent or cypher on split, they are running chamber everywhere.
Personally I think their old system wasn't perfect, but I do believe that the amount you gain from Jonah being able to play literally every role, is far more than what you lose if neT misses a few op shots. Just my opinion tho

he's a 2 time major winner and one of the all time great IGLs and Awpers, his new team qualified for the major and just made legends stage, doesn't matter what he does when he casually plays valorant lmao

the kid is still good, just having a bad run of form. im not saying he is the best jett in the world still because he's not. but you have to respect his performances last year, especially at masters 2. personally hope he bounces back but clearly he isn't playing very well atm. whether that's personal or his team not setting him up as much as players like yay, cned and derke are being remains to be seen. regardless of what happens he was at one point the best player in the game as as much as you kids like to meme on him being shit, he is still one of the best players to ever touch valorant. just because he isn't now doesn't mean all of a sudden everyone should switch up on him.

honestly this sounds sick. mikes has been looking for a home for ages and is clearly competent with envy's results under him. ec1s and babyj have both been doing pretty well. im not on the whole like hiko is throwing games thing that so many people seem to be saying but I agree that ethan playing sova and secondary flex brings a lot more to the team. NiSMO would make a great opinion or bang, either is a good option. and putting peter primary duelist is fine, however you could also let asuna flex and bring an insane jett of the same calibre as cyro etc.
as a fan of 100 thieves obviously yesterdays result doesn't please me. however I think the glaring issues are less to do with things like hiko baiting and asuna not playing reyna.
over the break I think the management made some poor decisions, babyj and ec1s are both great players however the route that the management and coaching has taken appears to be the wrong one. I feel that a better use of time would've been something like this.

Well I think it would be good for a slight rebuild over the off season and maybe b0i should go, but it shouldn't be because of his performances more because there are other slightly better options.
Maybe recruiting a sentinel player also wouldn't be bad as they lack that at the moment.
