Please i am so shit
Aimlabs and/or shooting range routines, play a few deathmatches before every ranked (if you feel comfortable try to play them with no sound, that way you'll work mostly in aim, reaction time and gamesense), watch pro matches even tho that won't make you improve a lot, trying to see how they're positioned, why they die and how they use their utility (even if the players you watch don't play your agents).
Also what #6 said, watch basic comm and positioning videos if you feel you are down bad
what agents do u play btw?
train your movement. movement is slightly more important than aim. also you have to be always be aware of what guns and abilities your enemies use or might use. train jigglepeek, jumppeek, crosshair placement to have a better chance of winning a duel and be prepared for the worst case scenario. always. and ask better people why they do things you dont understand. many times many people see something thats done right but because they dont understand why they did it like that they think it was just luck or whatever. mindgames are important in this game so learn to do them. do good fakes not like "ok i smoke a and we rush b they will insta rotate trust me". for good fakes you have to invest good abilities for it. also if you peeked someone and missed him your enemy and want to repeek, expect him to have an other position like a better angle to you. most people die so many times because they underestimate their enemies in this game. just playing the game doesn't help at all. you have to understand how peoples brain work in games. once you do, you can predict what they might try almost every round. if we had replay options i would say analyse other players but we dont have rn. also dont think you can peek for entry kill and stay there like rambo. don't get greedy. try to get your entry and if you fail fall back and wait for support. what you're seeing on streams from various players isnt something like talent. it's experience from previous games. good players know how people think, doesn't matter which elo. except iron maybe lmao.

Tl;DR: Improve movement, think about strategies you can pull off in a ranked match or some shit and remember ur mistakes from last games.
