Korean news sources have reported that the playoffs for First Strike: Korea will be held on LAN in Seoul. The announcement makes First Strike: Korea the second offline First Strike playoffs event, following First Strike: Brazil.
Similar to First Strike: Brazil, the Korean finals will also be held in a Riot-operated facility: LoL Park. The venue was built in late 2018 and has housed the last three years of LCK — South Korea's regional League of Legends league.
The event will feature only 40 available seats — roughly 10% of the venue's capacity — alongside other safety measures imposed in response to the continued spread of the coronavirus. Tickets will be sold for ₩15,000 KRW, roughly equivalent to $13.44 USD.
With the closed qualifier for First Strike: Korea having wrapped up last Sunday, the eight teams competing in the main event have been locked in. The main event will begin on December 3rd, kicking off with Vision Strikers taking on F4Q, a rising team in the Korean scene.
