Basically what they said Valorant Regional League. The winners of each league go to a playoff phase with the losers of the EMEA league to promote there, that's how the leagues work. There are 8 VRL, Spain (Portugal and Italy), France, Northern, East, CIS, MENA, Turkey, DACH. They all require 2 regional players per team but the Spanish one that only requires 1 and is already franchised with just 1 Open qual spot
