I've rewatched it and looks like an accuracy increase, but maybe it's just for the trailer? Just for it to look a little bit more satisfying and getting the kills for the gameplay. Giving her movement abilities an accuracy increase is like giving Jett the ability to shoot while dashing.

Phoenix needs a rework more than Yoru imo.
After the Yoru rework we'll probably see him more in Bind comps, maybe Haven. That leaves Phoenix out of any kind of useful role.

ngl i liked it when it was comparable to CS bcz i was a CS fan and i coudn't find a game quite like it other than VAL and i feel alot of people are like that but it is what it is if this goes on i'm gonna lose interest in the game.
