I would've voted mako for controller and stax for initiator had they been on there, unlucky.

I wouldnt necessarily exclude anyone from the list, these are top tier players after all
If we are strictly speaking about roles, for example. not including stax and Lakia from VS, like people mentioned, didnt make sense for me...
I would totally approach this list differently, adding categories similar to their "best entry"
Best IGL, best lurker/rat, best site defender, best site clearer etc.

Lakia is quite debatable for me but I think to not put Stax on the list is just sacrilegious. He's probably the most influential initiator who showed the world how to play Skye and Breach before most.
