He probably signed before he had his success in valorant but it would be funny in he is transferred to the guard if OWL flops
I don't know about the long-term success of the OWL; there's not a lot of positives for that game in general at the moment and the league has historically been mismanaged by Blizzard. So there's a real chance that we see Pati back in Valorant sometime in the future. Every team would be lining up to get him. Maybe he'd even just transfer in-house to the Guard.

OW is much better now and that includes the viewership and meta. Still, what happens after OW2 is released is still uncertain.
