the flash nerfs are pretty bad but def wont change much since the reason why yoru is played is bc of the gatecrash. ult nerfs arent that bad espeically since it's just an ult so its the least important part of the kit and second ppl who actually understand how to play yoru, basically those in higher ranks barely even get kills by using their yoru ult as it's used more for pushing ppl back and clearing space, yoru's ability to do this has not changed after the patch. last thing is the tp as u can hear where yoru's original position was when he either faked tp'd or tp'd. this change is useless for defense as knowing where yoru was is useless information and same for site executes, the only time this can be damaging is if ur trying to trick your opponent in most likely a post plant. but this scenario only happens maybe twice a game.
basically the main nerf are the flash nerfs and the rest dont rlly matter, and the flash nerfs just changes flash duration so the flash length of pretty much every other flash in the game
