the bug was known beforehand. punished beforehand in 2 different instances. just because a bug is specifically not mentioned in a bug list, does not give players the right to use them.

The one thing that I don't understand is how do you find that cam without knowing that it is a bug? Do you think Jhow just randomly came across the same camera? Because if you look it up, you're likely to see that it is bugged.

That says using these bugs will punish you

you are literally saying that Riot induced teams to error. They then took the exploit off the list, making the teams think it's not illegal, so when someone uses it it will punish them. Makes sense
