Champs competitiveness

I personally think it's a joke that after playing a certain map pool for a whole split, Champs does then have a different map pool. I know it's only one change, but still. Imagine you're a coach or a pro player and you grinded your ass off to even make it to champs and then you have 1 WEEK to learn a whole different map and then all the practice you had on Icebox was for naught. Maybe teams like G2 who already qualified for champs back in January or some shit can have a look at it already. But every other team had to fully focus on just making champs so no way they already practiced it.

where did you get 2 weeks from? the tournament starts in 11 days, some teams have to travel to Paris still, get settled in etc...
Also you think they're gonna use ALL that time to practice one map? They have to analyze their opponents, improve on their current map pool cause alot of teams look shaky on alot of maps.

So what this is not a new map its an old map teams know. Teams can also work on this map during stage 2. And china has finished a long time ago so it would still be unfair no matter the pool

Also the map changes especially get leaked months ahead of time there's nothing stopping teams from just scrimming the map anyway
