What's up with casters being so biased in this game? I watch a bit of CS GO too and imo their casters are much better cause they aren't this biased?

Luffy_vlr [#16]There is no such thing as unbiased casting. There's always some favoritism. Watch BR stream (if you understand portuguese) and you'll see the casters rooting for VK. They'll always put more emotion for their region's team.

YvngKurry [#17]I mean I agree that they are very biased but I don’t blame them. Most are from EU, and honestly BR hasn’t had the best LAN runs. Most have been one sided stomps, whereas EU and NA always have always had really good runs. But they Fr need to start giving BR teams more credit!
Man is not about results and we dont want something like: "we believe in brazil", but the casters are literally disrespectful, they didn't make good comments about brazilian plays as in others plays, it's kinda of strange to cast a game and take this unilateral position in the situation. They didn't have to cheer, but stream the game.
For the past 2 tournaments, Brazil has disappointed. It isn't up to the casters to state the region or team is equal at that point.
That's for the teams to prove themselves.
And to be quite frank, the pros don't need to be babysatted or protected. They should take the criticism on the chin and prove themselves.

Man, I believe you think this because you're not a brazilian. It's annoying to watch that being a brazilian, the stream is not for the pros. You are right an they don't need to be babysatted or protected, but the stream is just bad for the majority of people that don't cheer to a favourite team (EU/NA)

It isn't up to you, me, the casters, or anyone. Respect is EARNED not given. Remember that.
It's best to practice and train everyday so you can earn that respect at a major moment. Most pros who end up being successful understand this because that's reality.

You sure about that? Pretty sure it’s split up quite between NA and EU and one Aussie.
Either way It does seem like casters tend to be pretty biased imo. Biased towards NA first and then EU or whatever team tends to be the favourite.
