under usual circumstances you would probably have to retire after winning an international, since you would almost definitely not get dropped mid season after winning a match
it is also possible to win the last match of group stage and still get eliminated, as TS did last stage, then you just have to get dropped before the next stage. This actually happened with 2GE and Wild0reoo, so unless they get picked up again then they will join babybay in this very esteemed title

yeah that’s what i had thought, maybe one of the YFP boys will end up taking it since they played for Furia, unless we’re also counting challenger matches
players do get dropped mid stage as we saw with karmine choke and botality but I doubt they’d drop someone after winning unless it’s bad

I was on a call with my boy adam (mada, for those who don't know him) and he told me that after the KRU game leaf committed tax fraud and it led to an argument which resulted in leaf punching an irs agent.
