End of Mixed Amer Teams?

If NA and SA split apart, is that the end of mixed SA/NA teams? So 2024 Lev, 2025 Lev, 2023 SEN couldn't be a thing with the import rule right? Sad asf if true

if they take LTA rules they would still count as americas players therefore there wouldn't be import issues
