She definitely has a pretty good peak round performance and she already grinds pretty hard as a Radiant player. Being able to convert an ace whilst clutching is pretty impressive. I do think she needs to work on maintaining that level of quality if she wants to be considered for Tier 1 as there are already players ahead of her in the initiator role who either have amazing game sense and utility OR incredible mechanics alongside great decision making.

Whilst people glazed her for 2 aces in 3 rounds against Legacy Kingdom - and that is genuinely impressive - she didn't get a single kill until Round 9 where she got the only other 3 kills for herself that map. It's difficult to maintain momentum when your team is getting spanked but you have to have some consistent value to be in that Tier 1 discussion. Granted this is just looking at 1 map where she had really high highs.

it is a consensus though that these players are filler and should get kicked at the first opportune moment. i want to discuss among the actual stable franchised players. i'm not convinced sarah is better than most of the players i'm seeing at the bottom statistically

Go to any regional event and filter stats by sova or fade players, then check the bottom 3 rated players. She probably plays better than them at least. If I recall correctly Sarah peaked like 1k RR which is higher than a good number of franchised players right now.

I think its possible. If you look at Virty for example, that guy was sentenced to tier 2 for life and look at him now. It's just a matter of how bad you want it because she has the talent.

Virtyy has been in t2 and was at the top of T2 for awhile. Sarah went winless and was near bottom rated in all of T2 for a season. Major difference.

what kind of comparison is this? virtyy was on exolos who are the favourites to win ascension and didn't lose a game for over a year. sarah can't beat funhavers or legacy gaming. there is quite a large exp gap between them

it's a 5v5 game. You have to look at individual skill.
I'm not saying Sarah is at Virty's level right now am I? I'm saying you can make it from tier 2 to tier 1 if you have talent and persistence. Do you deny the talent? And did you expect Virty to break into Tier 1 2 years ago as well? I could make the same argument for brawk. He's been in tier 2 for the longest time and now when he got his chance he's shining. Who's saying Sarah can't have the same trajectory in her career?

I don’t see her being an upgrade over anyone else in t1 currently besides Furia and it wouldn’t change the situation much for them
