They almost certainly want to stick together, but if they get relegated again (hopefully not 🙏) should they consider a mixed team?

ok but they are getting better. it's like every single year, everyone just keeps moving the goalposts. first it's they can't get out of opening two rounds of qualifiers. then it's they can't win 3rd party tournamnets. then they can't get past round of 32, and 16, and then they can't qualify for challengers. and then they can't beat challengers teams... and then it's that they beat a challengers team but they don't beat enough for you guys.
these are players who never thought they'd have an opportunity to play pro and were yeeears behind in terms of basic fps fundamentals. and they improve but y'all just ignore the very obvious improvements.
Broski, you can say the same about any other team in existence. If you have a problem with people criticising SRG for them not performing well, you should be out there defending every other okay team in T2 challengers. No one's ignoring the improvements my guy, it's just that they don't seem up-to-par with the competition. You know as well as I do that that TSM game was less SRG playing well, and more TSM playing bad. It was TSM's game to lose. Obviously, not to say that they're bad. Still a good team, just not enough to perform in Challengers. Definitely GC's best though
no1 needs to defend every other team in T2 challengers bc no1 here even talks about any other team besides envy and you KNOW that's true. it's impossible to even have this conversation in good faith bc no1 here has the self awareness to realize how they aren't being remotely objective. i don't see any threads that pop up for the other T2 teams that lose... it's just that the community has a massive hate boner and feels the need to talk about how shit SRG is literally only bc they are women lol and you know it's true. bc if it only had to do with the game, the other teams who were 0-3 or 1-2 would be getting the same flame.
no need for mixed currently they are firmly T2 level bottom T2 but T2 nonetheless they should get upgradess for alexis(not good on the flex ngl) and dodonut maybe surely there are better GC duelist and better flexes bstrrd is stealable and NA APAC surely have better flexes/duelist picks that 100% speak english with upgrades they can run double duel which is crucial for current T2
if they upgrade and still cant show improvement over a big chunk of time with upgrades then sure mixed run a 6th that can fill for one of the upgrades i would suggest 6th being a duelist since they have least amount of prep
probably wont happen tho shopify and efys and all of us tbh aree attached to this roster long standing rosters have a charm to them
i said maybe cause GC's talent pool has grown ALOT in recent years and its fun to wonder and as long as i am concerned she filled em cause with her the SRG girls made it to where they couldn't before that impact in and out of the game is amazing but being a fan it gets tiring to see the same results every split even with noticeable improvements val has proven to be the type of game where you get better results with fast changes instead of sticking to a roster for some reason
Nah, they should stay as a female roster. This is the best they've ever looked vs T2 teams. They'll probably never make franchising, but I think they still value the legacy they are building in Game Changers. I could see meL/Sarah going to a mixed team at some point but I doubt it. meL mentioned last year that a lot of teams were turning her down for being a female (didn't straight up say that but heavily implied it).
