nah tbh id do the same if i was them. you invest heavy into a super team then as soon as it starts losing your most decorated and highest paid player wants to drop someone so you listen then the team becomes even worse so your igl leaves so now you have to rebuild with scraps ofc your gonna just give control to your only hope of making champs now. they were doomed at roster construction.
Wtf is this conspiracy, Vitality have not given Derke any meaningful written authority... the fact is that if you're a coach and cannot assert your authority, then players with big egos will take it from you if they think you're incompetent, which Faded clearly is...
i don't care whose pickup he was, Sayf isn't some sort of omniscient being that can determine the quality of a coach;
you hit the nail on the head - he's tier2, and not even a head coach in tier2! so why keep him on, and why pick him up in the first place?!
as for your final question, as someone who generally wants to see EU succeed, his resignation would be pretty helpful
he was head coach on tsm. and no this isnt some conspiracy. vitality lets 1 player build teams as you saw this year every single player and coach picked up was sayf the original team was built by sayf. trexx and derke had issues vitality decided to side with derke (makes sense they invested into him heavy at the start of the year) they underperformed in split 1 and derke blamed sayf so sayf resigned. they then let derke build this team. i agree faded isnt cut out for this but its not even his fault tbh.

bro its not a conspiracy LMFAO. 2024 team was built by salah, 2025 team was built by sayf, this rebuild was built by derke. they give 1 person in the team the authority to pick up whoever they want and run the team their way bro im not making this up its just obvious looking in they are trying to make derke happy because they invested so heavy into him. why are you trying to argue this its just true lol just use some critical thinking skills here and some pattern recognition. im just saying this team being shit isnt all on faded but yes they would probably be better with a better coach obviously.
your whole position is based on what streamers who don't even have any connection to VIT management... no, critical thinking is not speculatively thinking that one player controls a team. you have no definitive proof that that was the case with Sayf or Derke to the level that you're describing. it's not pattern recognition if there is no pattern in the first place.
mini had derke on his team for 4 years bro. and i quote "derke had a big hand in picking this new roster" and when the vitality roster was announced he just outright said sayf built the roster. yes im not in the team i cant confirm it for you but i can tell you with certainty this is how the management likes to run the team it is a pattern bro salah built 2024 confirmed and sayf built 2025 confirmed, who do you think built this new roster FADED??? the guy with zero emea tier 2 knowledge? management just picking players at random? no bro its derke and faded running trials and discussing who they think meshes best with the team thats the whole reason they dropped cyv0ph because they and i mean derke and faded didnt think he meshed well with the team they literally said this worded slightly differently in the announcement. what more do you want from me bro? as someone whos been a fan of the team for years now im just saying it like it is or looks like at the very least.
