What's up with Scourge?

I heard a ton of people talking about Scourge, what's up with him? Is he good? Why was he dropped (or did he leave)?

Thief was better so he got dropped but he is still really good.

It's like when 100T dropped Dicey for Ethan. Good player but Ethan is just a long term upgrade.

Scourge is still very good and deserves a spot on orgs like Renegades who have not had good results and lack a good duelist.
