Swiss bracket groups like cs
if you lose twice you're out then playoffs

I don't want to watch more than two 2g, loud, eg, furia, and nrg games

or make it all a Swiss bracket like they did for league in the msi

but riot is allergic to Swiss bracket just like they're allergic to everything that brings a better entertainment if there's the slight chance it won't be as lucrative (league had b01s in tournament for years, no lower bracket and so on)

theres already very few tournaments in this esport why would you reduce it
this would lead to some teams not playing in officials for basically 7 months if they lose

these are two different problems and ur moving goalposts

the circuit has very few long tournaments because the format as a whole fucking sucks

furia could've played twice or thrice in a single week n get ready for the next tournament if the breaks werent so fuxking long and the tournaments werent so long

so we should have more tournaments and teams should play more high stakes matches and the tournaments shouldnt last as long. hell some cs teams play the whole vct groups in a single week bro

there's no group stage format where useless/seeding matches won't happen, especially if the group is top heavy. Champs points exist to make it not literally pointless so teams don't throw
