This is a very random question but has anyone here had a growth spurt after 17-18? I have a twin brother who is over 200cm tall and I am like 10-12 cm off him wondering if its even possible to get close to him

definitely possible if your parents are quite tall, some people still grow in their 20s

its def possible, but you can't really control it outside of sleep and diet, so make sure you're on top of those

Sleep was one of my main problems but I am trying to optimise that as much as possible

Eat meat in the morning and drink milk at night

on average if you are a male I believe your growth plats will allow you to grow till about the age of 22 is I remember correctly but it is so minimal after 18, maybe an inch or two at most

I never really measured it but at 17-18 I was around 178 cm and currently at the ripe old age of 23, I'm 183 cm but I was a late bloomer in general.

Scott McTominay Height
Scott McTominay's height is 1.91 meters, which is approximately 6 feet 3 inches. He experienced a significant growth spurt, growing 10 inches in just 18 months, from 5 feet 6 inches to 6 feet 3 inches, during his time at Manchester United's youth academy

Are you looking to go pro in sports or something? if not being 200+cm tall is going to be quite a inconvenience.

I haven’t really looked at it from that perspective from what my brother tells me he doesn’t really run into any issues at his height I think between 195-200 is when you are in that range where you are really tall but its not really a major issue
