Honestly I had no expectations from elevated but from whatever content I have seen it seems he really adds value to the team environment and taking responsibility and accountability for the bad performance is W move. Elevated should definitely stick around even if not as head coach for now.

I mean yess this has been issue in every iteration of team players from 3-4 different countries then add coaches from 2 more countries and on top of that most have never played with each other at all.
I mean you should always select the best players and not make teams with power of friendship but there should be some chemistry and vibes atleast . So many pros and coaches I have heard who have said the same that team environment makes all the difference.
As regards to Udotan from what I have seen in content from GE he may be able to understand english but he can't really speak anything more than very basic callouts which definitely affect how comfortable he feels and his bonding with teammates outside the server
edit- just saw the press conference they had to translate in Korean for Udotan wow that was pretty basic english idk how they are managing everything this way and how he talks to rest of the team
