What is the problem with Japan? Why is it so hard for them to win? Almost 5 year but no improvement.

Yea im speaking results only honestly. I see improvement in their teamplay, but they keep getting back to default everytime we see them winning.

they have all the resources in their T2 scene with a ton of orgs supporting squads feels like they can't develop domestic talent properly and it doesn't help that DFM and ZETA have been recycling players, while the foreign players that got their start in JP t2 like HYUNMIN, something, izu, are thriving currently

Add jemkin too in that list. What jp teams need is good coaching staff and some good foreign igls. Their management is so shit as well.

They just learn that PC gaming exist in the last like 5 years. Even when Apex blew up in Japan a big chunk (if not most) of the players are in console and play with a controller lol.
