After critically analysing LEV v MIBR and C9 and VOD reviewing with multiple Tier 1 Coaches and Players, the performance shown by Demon1 in the past few games have been underwhelming to say the least. This may have stemmed from his short stay at NRG, and ultimately his ego and Potter/EG after winning Champions 2023 in his rookie year. His strive for more has left him on a different page than his teammates, whom have opted for a teamwork-like approach rather than Demon1's aim-reliant playstyle. His transition into the Controller role has proven futile, performing identically to his prior Duelist matches despite having minimal role issues in LEV. It seems like his year would be cut short once again, similar to the 2024 with NRG and would likely result in him transferring to a different team or region as a whole. Suggestions include that Demon1 plays for MIBR alongside Aspas and other rookie stars, similar to his 2023 roster with EG and FNATIC's 2023 decisions in picking up freshmen and being able to train them to the playstyle of their specific team.
Either way, Demon1's recent underperformance has left heads being scratched at whether his stellar debut was carried by a whimsical alignment of stars or if his year would turn around when it matters most and finish on top once again.
