why are plats so weird

im queueing on a plat alt and these guys are freaks, they are so weird. i muted them all in like 3 rounds is this what you normal people go through????

It's one of those ranks that is slightly above the average player skill level so some people there have big egos even though they are far from being good. You also have smurfs and people who were once good but fell off yet they still act like they still in their prime. So generally you have a shit ton of toxicity and egos clashing.
