Yep its more accurate than breach stun and you can scope with the awp. Weirdly enough if you ads at the start of the hinder effect you can quick adjust your gun scope to the head

that reminds me, ads also somewhat counters astra suck since it moves in the same speed as when you ads and walk, so you're aiming like you're standing still.
