Speed buff is really good for taking fights as you get a big advantage when peeking. I do not think it is the problem though, the smoke nerf is very drastic.

Aren't smokes 40 seconds as well she's dead for sure riot realised they made a mistake with her only the shit duelists play her and not the guys who can smoke
