I like most of the design but I really hate the hair. Make her look like Jamie Lee

looks insanely broken gameplay wise
one vertical and horizontal dash + another horizontal dash
neon stun equivalent
instantaneous chamber tp equivalent on an entry duelist
brim stim beacon + AOE CC for ult

more freedom of movement on entry than jett and raze, only downside is lack of self peel like jett smoke or neon wall
very impactful AOE ult
extremely fast entry speed and very hard to punish when recall ability is in use
