Should Riot allow EMEA to import more players

It’s clear there is not enough talent in EMEA. It has been almost 2 years since they have won anything. Riot should seriously start to consider allowing more than 1 import on a team for EMEA. If EMEA had at least three imports for each team, they’d be much more competitive.
