Ig it could be like ‘can be better’ is that you have tech/setups for the agent, but aren’t 100% comfortable while ‘willing to learn’ means that they can fit into the agents play style but doesn’t have any tech yet?

Idk tho, no shot someone has that much prep remembered for that many agent and that many maps and not in Tier 1
