The 2nd most downvoted post had -1001 frags as of January 20, and if you look at https://www.vlr.gg/threads/?sort=top&t=all&page=12622 (link will become outdated as time goes on, but if you sort by top and go to the end u can find it), the 2nd most downvoted thread had -529 frags, therefor the -1001 must be a comment
can't tell u more than that, I can just say it had -1001 frags as of January 20
