Is there a site to get the china regional matches ratings?

you won't get any R2.0 ratings anywhere cuz thats a rating system unique to VLR, but I believe the reason behind the lack of china ratings is the API in china, so unless it was all being done manually idk how another site would do it

from what I'm googling it seems to be a china legal problem and not an underdeveloped api, but there's not much info on it 🤷‍♂️
