Why have there been so many steamroll maps?

I feel like there has been a large increase in the amount of maps where one team gets steamrolled significantly. Is there a reason for this? Is it the meta?

Examples just from Bangkok so far:
Map 2 of EDG vs TL: 13-6
Map 1 of DRX vs SEN: 13-3
Map 2 of G2 vs Trace: 13-3
Map 3 of EDG vs G2: 13-4
Map 1 of T1 vs Trace: 13-3
Map 3 of TL vs SEN: 13-1

when a very good team is very good at a map and the team they are playing is just ok at a map its gonna be a steamroll

Not a lot tbh. Still less than madrid and shanghai for now at least.

beginning of the season, so the meta is still forming, teams are experimenting and there isn't much footage of other teams

atleast some of them had been fun steamroll maps

Well yeah it just seems like it is happening way more often, at least compared to last year.

i think its just first tournament things, teams havent had enough time to get good at every map yet
