they need confidence, tenz was someone who felt like he could outaim anyone last year and true or not, you need that on a team. You don't always need a set strat just "he can't hold this so lets hit his site"

they lack an X-factor. the fact that tenz would call out that he is going doesn't mean a lot, but the fact that the team knows how good he is just gives them this buff of. "we have one of the best of all time, he will create this spark and we will get this game over the line". the job of the X-factor is not to carry, it's to give the team this moment where they can change the tide of the game
