I think there have been atleast 6-7 orgs in all regions making changes based on 2-3 matches why is that.
You need to give players time to adjust and play together many of these moves seem like orgs wanting to change and not the players
Most of these changes would be because of chemistry/comms stuff like that. I think most orgs/teams/coaches learned from last year that hoping shit will change as the season goes isn't optimal and that if things aren't meshing well in prac/matches they need to make changes as early as possible.
Like for example I remember hearing that the ethan IGL NRG team was broken in spirit before the season even started but they still went forward with it. Hoping for the best won't work out 90% of the time plus there are so few matches

Teams like GenG and Lev were clearly disappointed by their results even though it doesn't warant a move they still might do it.
As for the other teams I have no clue
