Masters/Champs Format

Why dont they just do the 3 wins and u get out of swiss stage and 3 loss and u get eliminated, can even get more teams participating also.

Too many games and you have to remember that rito is simply a humble indie company who definitely can't afford to host a tournament that is too long. Those stadiums are expensive!

Not just cs bro, formats like siege and dota also very interesting. Current valo format in essence is just another group a group b 2-0 0-2 format without knowing who ur next opponent is until the draw instead of following a bracket.

I think they want every match to be held on a stage, and formats that have a lot of games or teams in it would make it impossible to do so. Most major tournaments in different games do their matches not infront of the crowds for their group stages and i think riot doesnt want that.
