I got the artisan zero and it's honestly been the best, I've tried almost every single mousepad out there and my favorites are slow/control pads for val. Artisan zero first and Steelseries Qck second

Go to a shop and try out every Artisan pad, pick one for you. If you guys don't have shops where you can try mousepads, then get just get the Zero.
