Im sorry but benching him when his mechanics are below average in the context of a fragger for verno whos up and coming is crazy. If they had done an edg 2024 who knows the heights this new team couldve reached. Also theres not really a need for huge brains in the game nowadays considering most new igls can outread and outfrag the old ones so bit questionable on nrgs part

FNS is one of the most storied individuals in valorant's history. Let him have his last dance. By benching verno who was clearly causing team conflict, it's his last opportunity to compete for a title (very unlikely, but still). Also him and s0m are a package deal, and one can speculate that Ethan probably sided with them in this whole situation as well.

I think everyone except bonkar sided with verno. I just saw a few comms videos and things were definitely tense between verno and them. Maybe he suits a younger roster who could relate better w him

this is what im referring to

They replaced him, but the CEO was pushed by fans to give him another opportunity

What I noticed was when verno's was struggling fns would start dying first but verno would start playing better. I could be wrong but there were halves where it seemed like he was having to micro manage verno.
