fns mentioned back in off season that they just picked the guys up without a trial or anything after seeing their tier 2 performance
it's just gambling on the players being good for chem and it was a straight 50/50
mada turned out insane but chem should come first and that didn't happen with verno
idk if its management or bonkar or what but yeah i dont think NRG learned from the 2024 problems all that much
