theres just much better korean talent on the market, if you want the best out of lakia as well you need it to be a EDG S1Mon situation where the rest of the team is so good that he himself isnt expected to frag too heavily and can just rely on giving great util most teams would rather just better fire power

which is why he kinda stuck around last year for so long, but a team like GenG lost massive firepower in the form of meteor to foxy and they bombed out in champs, which is why (at least i believe, this is not a fact or anything) that lakia got removed for better fire power like yoman. Had geng not bombed out or kept meteor I think lakia would have at the very least a better chance of staying

theres reports they were in talks. in talks is the wording used by gen g but i can only assume that means they at least attempted to resign him. If they didn’t attempt it i dont imagine they would mention anything along those lines

no its that EDG dont need another shooter. Everyone on that team, including nobody sometimes, can shoot very well. they needed a support player who has good util usage like s1mon. I love aaaay but his util usage is dogshit and the exact opposite of what EDG need

your just stupid simon is by far the best initiator in china stats doesn't mean everything. simon has one of the best util usage that makes him invaluable for edg and replacing him would be a BIG mistake

Well it was simon better than lakia context. We know s1mon is util heavy player & did good in clutches.But relying on kk smoggy to frag heavy in all games is going to bite back edg.
