Nah it's for both the 2023 teams don't get auto relegated

for those teams

make champs = extend year in vct

make top 8 (split 2 playoffs) = play at the ascension tournament (so the teams like m80 or tsm)

bottom 4 (miss split 2 playoffs) = play in challengers
