Players don't seem to be the fault tho. Main problem with jp teams is igls and coaching. They need someone like solo and hsk to create a system.

The fact that franchised teams won't shake the roster significantly also didn't help
Like Syouta was waiting for years to be picked.

same problem with other region. lots of cracked player, but less and less coaching in developing region.
