Ive played from silver to immortal/diamond on every server and this is what I've gathered:
EU : Great aim, trash attitude, some really fun games and some really fucking dogshit games that makes you want to uninstall. Dont queue when its morning in europe you will play with 13 year old israel kids. Lots of arab kids which I was surprised by. Europe/Africa kids are the most annoying across all the continents. But there are some fun blokes and people can shoot well. UK, Portugal, French people are pretty nice. Unless you dont speak english because the UK people will make fun of you. Spanish people are toxic and dont use mic or they insult you in spanish and say report X. Slavic country people are chill but they sound drunk all the time. Gamesense wise these guys are either average or lacking.

NA : Average at everything, but generally people are okay to play with. People insult each other all the time but its kind of like a norm here. The mid gold elo, just imagine a call of duty lobby and thats what the people are like. NA also has the best gamesense which is surprising but I think it's cause they are all former csgo players. But the diamond elo in NA is so fk annoying because it feels like it has the most boosted players or radiant smurfs.

KR : Weird server, almost 90% of population is young teenagers. In gold people are either diamond tier aimers or iron tier noobs. Worst game sense out of all the server in low elo but once you hit platinum it's a weird spike in gameplay. Like the mid platinum in Korea could be good diamond in NA. But the silver rank in korea is by far the worst. If you speak Korean, the server is pretty fun but if you dont dont even think of playing here. Also this server has the most females tied with NA, which is a + in my books.

Asia : Reminds me of NA but with funny english accent. Skill is about the same as NA as well. Except Japan servers which reminds me of Korea server, good aim but lack of gamesense. Japanese people generally are nice but you can sense the passive aggressiveness. The SEA folks are annoying when they try to micromanage you, but its the same for every server. I think SEA just more annoying because of the funny accent.

The most annoying kids in all continents is by far the north african kids, and it's not even close.
