tbh you can't really fault gov here when the entire team's game plan was abysmal. average fr0st overcooking vs strong teams

primmie is prepping himself incase he needed to play flex role (in other team)

maybe frost wants primmie alive more in the later stages of the round, so hes playing initiator, and governor who doesnt NEED to be alive to rifle the entire round is on duelist, so he can use all his utility, create the entry, make space and get a kill (or usually get traded)

it doesnt really matter tho, against a team like T1 any player thats on duelist is getting rammed, you have to have a sacrificial lamb on duelist to let primmie solo win some rounds
