how do you win ranked games

no one comms. when i watch my teammates i cant believe the stuff they get away with while i'm just getting one tapped every time. my whole team fucking dies on defense and then im forced to do a 2v5 retake every round, then they yell at me for botfragging. i'm confused and demotivated. idk what to do anymore.

you just gotta accept that you have some sort of weakness which is holding you back, you just gotta try identify it and work on it
yeah for some games it'll be out of your control but if you're good enough to be a higher rank, you will be (assuming you play enough)

Just save if you think the round is not winnable, also just make sure you’re warmed up when playing ranked. Maybe it’s that the agents you play are just not fitting your playstyle

bait your teammates for frags so you can delude yourself that your making a difference and its your team

If your team doesn't have a reyna your winrate will go up by at least 75% dodge the games with reynas on your team
