started looking immediately worse when he came in
then when mini came back as an AC they started looking better again

it's hard (pretty much impossible) to tell from the outside but it might just be a coincidence. Personally I see him better as a performance coach, less as a tactical one. I think the signing of Milan should mean good things looking forward
