What's your routine
I do chest + tri’s on sundays and wednesdays, back + bis on mondays and thursdays, and legs + shoulders on wedneadays & fridays. saturday is my rest day
But what do u do for legs, and how often do u increase the weight
squats into zercher squats (quad bias) into calf raises and every now and then i’ll do RDL’s for hamstrings
That's crazy I struggle with 70kg
