In recent days, we've once again seen how visa issues impact the VALORANT competitive scene, particularly for non-North American teams. The most recent case involves FURIA, which was stuck in Brazil and delayed for their first match of VCT Americas due to complications with visa approvals. Despite the team following all procedures and requirements meticulously, the process had an unfavorable outcome, causing significant disruption at the start of the competition.

Additionally, stkJ , coach of LOUD, also faced visa issues and had to stay in Brazil, while the rest of the team was able to return to the U.S. after overcoming similar challenges.

It’s worth mentioning that this isn’t the first time we've seen such situations. In the past, KRU, LOUD, and Leviatán have all faced similar visa issues, highlighting a recurring problem for non-North American teams trying to compete in VCT Americas.

💬 What do you think about this situation?

How can we ensure fairer treatment for teams facing these issues, which should not be an obstacle to their competitiveness? Share your thoughts in the comments! 👇 #VCTAméricas #VisaIssues #FURIA #LOUD #KRU #Leviatán #VCT
