It's not Riot, it's on LVP- the Challengers France stream has their HUD on.

Couple things
It's LVPes2 , LVP is the LOL channel
The UI at the main stream is looking weird they're having technical issues I believe
Streamers can ask for clean fits and cast themselves, but yeah with the main casting you're fucked
