If somebody gets banned you will get rr back but i dont know if thats already implemented.

there's SO MANY cheaters. like so many. in all the elos. pros and streamers have been complaining a lot and not playing the game at all on how bad the situation is. wintrading is also a problem. is unplayable, like CS levels of unplayable

Yeah i was also suspecting that but so obviously is crazy.

Brazil stage rn is so bad that exist literally a "faction" (Losers) that use cheat non stop in squad to grind to radiant.
My friendo IRON THREE had a matche stoped by riot anti cheat, truly sad.
