She has to cycle through budget rosters tho plus we know the shit she can cook with a good roster if she makes a good run through 2 intl events (3rd place+)in the next 2 years i think she might be the goat coach
tbh trying to make the most of budget teams and causing a bunch of upsets seems way more fun. whereas if you were given good players, people may try and pressure you if your performance isn't up to standard of your roster quality. idk just another angle ig i dont really believe it myself
