guys, im trying to get employed, i have a job interview at Aldi (💀) and im nervous, Any employed people got tips for the interview?
interview is on monday next week
I've gone through like 6 interviews... I get bored of jobs; my tip is to just be confident in yourself and give an answer you think they will want to hear. Don't try to hard just be yourself and don't lie no reason to, employers look for genuine people who get along with co-workers and customers. Best thing you can do is look them straight in the eye and speak to them like a friend not a "boss." Also, after the interview wait like 3 days if you don't hear a response back call the employer and ask for a follow up about your application, they like that.
Goodluck bro! Update us on what happens!

(idk why the messege doubled)
a few things are just prepare general questions (tell me about yourself, what your strength weaknesses are), though im not sure if those would apply to supermarket jobs, but its still good to prepare anyways
some other things is make a good impression and act confident, the most important things you should do honestly. even if you are nervous dont show it
and ofc dont be afraid to ask them to repeat questions or clarify a question, etc. also i dont think these types of jobs will be very strict at all, so yoi should be fine tbh
good luck
